Salt Cave Halotherapy Session

Since 2016, the Vermont Salt Cave Spa has offered a magical respite from the stresses of everyday life as persons from Vermont and all of over the world visit us to enjoy the benefits of halotherapy treatments on the lungs.  At the only salt cave in a barn anywhere, you lie back in a zero gravity chair, breathing in the salty sea air in a heavily saturated negative ion environment.  Most persons go to sleep or get into a deep meditative state.  Our clients come out of the salt cave feeling so relaxed and good about themselves and life in general.  For more information on the many healing benefits of salt cave therapy, please go to our main website for the Vermont Salt Cave Spa.

Sessions are 45-50 minutes long and cost $35 per person.  They start every hour on the hour from 10 - 5 pm Fridays through Mondays.  We are closed Tuesdays - Thursdays although our massage center is open on these dates.
